About

A personal approach shaped by product, technique and experience.

My work with fish started long before professional kitchens.

Growing up in Argentina, I spent time by the water — fishing, learning the rhythm of the sea, and later cooking what we caught for friends and family. That connection shaped the way I understand product: simple, direct and respectful.

Over the years, I developed my technique working in different kitchens, while also studying and exploring approaches from Peruvian and Chilean cuisine, deepening my understanding of raw fish and seafood.

Now based in Porto, I work closely with local product — selecting fish from the nearby coast and adapting each menu to what is at its best.

Today, my approach combines traditional Japanese technique with a more personal and contemporary perspective.

The Experience

A private omakase, prepared in your home and served at a calm, intentional pace.

Each dinner follows a curated sequence of around nine courses, prepared and served personally, piece by piece. The experience is designed for small groups, allowing for a more attentive, quiet and intimate atmosphere.

The focus is on fresh, carefully selected fish — adapted to what is at its best — combining traditional Japanese technique with a more personal approach shaped by my background and experience.

The service is designed to be present, but never intrusive. I work cleanly and discreetly within your space, allowing you to enjoy the experience without interruption.

Each dinner can be adjusted to the occasion, from a more interactive format with explanations and storytelling, to a quieter experience where the focus remains entirely on the food.
